Separate not able or willing to relocate

In Distance, you can choose the option “Not willing or able to relocate.” There is a tremendous difference between not being able to do something and not being willing.

I believe these should be separated so I can better understand how selfish or how truly constrained (shared custody) someone might be. I don’t think someone should be able to be able to hide behind “not able” when they are “not willing” to sacrifice something they might want.
