Allow Appeals for a Banned Account
I was banned on mutual, and instead reaching out to me to get my side of the story it’s a rough luck affect, amber heard and Jonny should be a reason enough to allow both sides to have a voice. Most of the times guys are reported because girls are Mad about things not working out or rejection.

Hayden MergedThis app is run by the most unhelpful people ever. I tried signing into my account and was given an error message with no reason why. When I reached out to their “customer support” they had informed me that my account had been banned due to community guidelines being broke and that after multiple warnings they banned me. However, I had never broken any guidelines and never was given any warnings. I had asked them what guidelines had been broken they didn’t tell me. I had sent multiple emails trying to get a response but I hadn’t received a single email back. Everytime I did get a reply, maybe 1 email after I sent 3, it was a different person each time and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. It’s hard to believe that this app is for the members of the Church of God but they don’t treat their customers with Christ like love. I would never recommend this app to anyone to use. The customer care is terrible and extremely unhelpful.
