An added filter that shows whether they've filled out the info for a mission or not. I think specific missions or countries would be difficult, but worth a try

I think this starts to create prejudice. Plenty of members are converts or didn't serve a mission for valid reasons. Having the option to filter them all out prevents perfectly worthy and good people from meeting others with whom they could be happy together.

I'm torn, because I do see the merit in finding people who served a similar place as you, but I think limiting it to people who didn't serve cuts out a lot of incredible people, who might not have been able or felt prompted to for one reason or another. I know a lot of incredible people who didn't serve.

This could be a pretty harmful filter. All that should matter is is f you’re active and want to stay active.
