Optional profile feedback
Instead of swiping down, the user could have the option to provide constructive feedback on a profile by choosing from a list of common profile mistakes or sending an anonymous message.
Examples:
Too many people in photos
Unflattering photos
Inappropriate photos
Generic description
Spelling and grammar
Bio is negative, disrespectful, immature, boring, too brief, inappropriate
Too few or too many interests
User could select all that apply. Receiving feedback could be opt-in only.
Feedback could also be in the form of an anonymous message but would probably be abused. Inappropriate messages could be reported.

PaigeIf you do this, I would suggest only making it a multiple choice option rather than filling in a text box - that way there’s much less risk of abuse and harassment. I think opting in is also a good idea.

LauraThis is a great idea. I would make this an optional feature, since some people may be sensitive and not want the feedback. There’s many times I scrolled down just because every picture they were wearing a hat and I couldn’t see their head. Or, because they didn’t write anything in their bio and it left the impression it was only about appearance for them. So many times I want to suggest leaving the picture with the fish out.

GusI agree with Laura and Paige’s comments. I would like to see a place also to report bad photos too many people with no identification of end user. Pics of users in sunglass would be ok if you make one pic mandatory without for purposes of photo account verification. But I’d like an option to say hey your photo is fuzzy, it’s upside down, you only have a caricature cartoon of you, a non related pic of a temple only or their dog, wearing a mask, obstruction of their face, etcetera. I want to be able to report this and get it changed or a profile would be suspended or deleted after an extended period of non compliance. I’m talking ONE PICTURE (that can’t be that hard) it must be viable to identify a user’s face. The ID verification by a single pic can be scammed; but you should make it a mandatory feature.

BenI would love to receive feedback and help others improve their profiles as well. You could even make a feedback switch if you are willing to receive feedback or not.
