I think 48 to 72 hours would be great for our birth month. Even better you could give us that time for our half way birth month, so say my birthday is in June, my half birthday is in December. For me it would be a Christmas gift and halfway birthday gift. Mind you this is just as idea.

I like this idea, but I think a day is sufficient. The reason is people pay for the premium service. It's like the old adage, "why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free."
It would decrease subscription rate if it became freely available for a whole month. I'd you give people a "taste" of what they're missing by not being a premium member, it will encourage them to upgrade their service.

Perhaps you do a birthday week or something. I don’t think a day is enough solely because my birthday is February 29th and that only comes every 4 years so just the sole day would be problematic (as I hope to be married before 2028). But a week of premium would be really cool because then they get a taste and can get used to using it and then they are back to normal after that week is up.

If it is only for a day it may not be on a day that gets lots of traffic but if it is for a month that may be more than they would want to give free upgrades. I assume there is higher traffic on weekends. What about even a couple weeks?

Given mutual still needs to make money somehow, I think it'd be fun to use the birthday as a promo. Get 1 day free and a steep discount for the next month. I've never gotten the premium version and do not think I ever will unless there is something that shows me how it works and let's me see what I'd actually be paying for.
I'm also just broke, but hey, someone with money probably agrees with me

Honestly, on my birthday I’m not going to be swiping… I’ll be with my family. Give one week during the month of their birthday. The user gets to choose when the 7 days start. (Maybe it needs to be started within 15 days, before or after your birthday? For those that have end of month birthdays?)
